What does it feel like to reach 108 years of age, to survive two world wars, to experience five political regimes ...? This is a book about my great grandmother, her life and my memories, presented as a visual letter to her. All texts were created with a typewriter and all photos are my work. The book was my final project for the BA studies in Prague.
A photo-design project; this calendar was created to support a Ljubljana's based coworking place Poligon. Since Poligon takes its residency inside the former Tobačna Ljubljana tobacco factory, I decided to show my viewpoint of the place's history, its destruction on one hand and live on the other. All photos were taken with the analog camera Rollei 35s.
FABRIKAID is a research and development start-up, which innovates solutions in the fields of engineering, production and business for Slovenian and foreign clients.
The FABRIKAID corporate identity is based on the selection of geometrical elements, abstract pieces of production lines and tools which form dynamic patterns. The complexity of the patterns communicate the diversity of the services. The engineering precision of the patterns emphasise the need for order and clear structure when innovating high-tech solutions.
The project was created during a BA course in Prague. The task was to create a personal identity. From my old analog photos that have not developed successfully, I cut out different parts to get a series of images. They are representing my fascination with colours, the importance of details, and the idea of unpredictable outcomes. Metaphorically, they also express the complexity of my personality.
Café du Coin
A series of illustrations, created for a Brazilian coffee shop Café du Coin. They appear on the menus and will be applied to other items soon. The project was done in collaboration with Dima Strapchev.
nmnq* Web Design
A web site design for my friends who are making short films.
Differing Accents was a 4-day typography conference that took place in Prague in 2012. We were given a school assignment to design a visual identity for the event; I was playing with the idea of accents and created them in 8 different printing and painting techniques. Visuals in the brochure are the final result of a workshop for children that was organised as part of the event.
My work was chosen as the actual identity of the conference.
Icons, designed for different clients. 2014–2016.
Personal photo project; captured moments of spring escape to the seaside.
Urgent Business Cards
Unexpectedly, I needed to design and produce business cards for myself within a couple of days. Due to my difficult financial situation, I was forced to find a cheap solution, so I decided to make them at home with linocut printing. Each card is a unique mini graphic and to express this aspect of uniqueness, each carries my signature. The motif is my abstract fingerprint.
